Meet Ashley...

Ashley Katz is a Health Coach, Functional Nutrition & Lifestyle Practitioner and is working on a PhD in Natural Healing. She works with people to heal their bodies and brains. She has a special place in her heart and her practice for people with Epilepsy and seizures.

After being a teacher for many years, Ashley has seen first hand what a huge effect diet and lifestyle has on how the brain works and how our bodies function. 

People heal through diet and lifestyle. With time, support, and the right nutrition it's amazing what the body can do! She has experienced it with her clients and in herself as a person with Epilepsy.
