Meet Ashley...

Ashley Katz is a Functional Nutrition & Lifestyle Counselor who works with people to heal their bodies and brains. She has a special place in her heart and her practice for people with Epilepsy and seizures and their parents/caregivers.

After being a teacher for many years, Ashley has seen first hand what a huge effect diet and lifestyle has on how the brain works and how we function in life. 

Ashley has seen people heal through diet and lifestyle. With time, support, and the right nutrition it's amazing what the body can do! She has experienced it with her clients and in herself as a person with Epilepsy.
